Delivering a baby is one of the greatest physical achievements of the human body.

Pregnancy, childbirth & breastfeeding will all bring hormonal changes which our bodies are naturally built to adapt to.

In the first few weeks after delivery it is possible to do gentle exercise, focussing on breathing, working the deepest core muscles which work synergistically with the pelvic floor & the deep spinal stabiliser muscle group. This will help with regaining control over your pelvic floor, help you find the right postural strategy for breastfeeding and increase your overall strength.

We offer a one on one service for new mums combining physiotherapy & pilates.
